How Long Until My Building/Concrete Pad Are Installed?
It can vary slightly depending on time of year and weather, but if your job site is ready Steel Structure installs are typically done within 4-6 weeks. If you are having concrete installed, concrete installations typically happen within two weeks and structure installation will not be done until concrete cure time has passed.
How Long Does Installation Take?
Most concrete jobs are done in 1 day for simple jobs. In the case of major grading or backfill requirements 2 day installations may be required. Most small simple structures are installed within 1 day. Larger or more complex installations may require 2-3 days for completion.
Is A Concrete Pad Required?
No, we can install on any flat, level surface and have done many installations on level ground, gravel, or non-floating docks. We do strongly recommend concrete for the greatest possible strength, longevity, and use of your building.
If I'm Paying Cash, Do I need to Pay the Full Amount Upfront?
No, an initial deposit is due up front, and final balance will be due at time of installation. Cashier's check preferred. Credit card fees will apply for onsite credit card processing.
